Can I Use A Wifi Dongle On My Ps4. The dongle just provides the specialized radios and a means to use them, it doesnt do the pairing itself. I use ethernet, so not having to buy a whole wifi/bluetooth would be a lot cheaper, but i want to be able to use my ps4 controller on pc without any sort of lag, and i thought that getting a cheap dongle would create lag.

As alex said you cant replace the wifi card on the ps4.if you want to go wireless you could get a wifi signal booster (make sure its ac and 5ghz) or whatever they are called next to your ps4 and plug ethernet cable from it to ps4. So the current router i have outputs two signals:

The wireless spec of the tha ps4 is 2.4ghz a/b/n which gives you a max theoretical network speed of 72.2mb/sec. You can also buy a 5ghz access point that will connect to your 5ghz router, and connect the ps4 to the access point using an ethernet cable.
